Reporting a mistake
Email hello@word-press.net with the page address and what you believe is wrong, ideally with a link to a source. Vendors are welcome to report factual errors about their own products.
What we do
We check the report against primary sources, normally within a few working days. If the page is wrong, we fix it and update its Sources and its “Updated” date. If the error changed the meaning of the page, for example a wrong price, licence or compatibility claim, we add a short correction note at the end of the page saying what changed and when.
We don’t change pages because a vendor would prefer different wording, only when a fact is wrong or out of date.
